another training at clementi stadium. ran 4rounds big loops as warmup.
den we had to do dis running up e stairs thing 1o times. wahliao felt soo weak lorh :D n we had to run diagonally of sumthing liddat larh yeah n coach was screaming at us.
den we did 6sets of 6o n 3sets of 1oo yeah n my timing sux
went to pick my hp up whee i miss my hp :)
